Fertility Treatment
If you’ve been trying to conceive and it hasn’t happened yet, you’re not alone.
Whether you’re preparing for your first pregnancy, working through secondary infertility, or beginning an IVF cycle, our goal is to optimize your body for conception and a healthy, term pregnancy and to give you the best possible foundation for success.
We combine evidence-based pelvic health physical therapy with a holistic, whole-body approach to create a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and your fertility journey.
We’re here to treat your lymphatic system, scar tissue in your abdomen, provide holistic recommendations to promote fertility, and increase the blood flow to your pelvic region.
We support women who are:
Trying to conceive naturally without success
Preparing to start trying and wanting to optimize beforehand
Experiencing secondary infertility, often with scar tissue concerns
Preparing for or undergoing IVF
Living with pelvic pain conditions such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, or perineal pain
Managing PCOS or endometriosis
Women with irregular menstrual cycles
What Treatment to Expect

Lymphatic drainage – to reduce inflammation and improve circulation
Dry needling – to release muscle tension and improve blood flow

Lifestyle recommendations – including tailored guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and supplementation to support reproductive health

Our Four-Step Fertility Treatment Process
-
Step 1: Comprehensive Fertility Assessment
We start with an in-depth conversation about your health history, menstrual cycles, fertility goals, and any past pregnancies or treatments. We’ll also assess your abdomen, pelvis, and surrounding tissues for restrictions, mobility, and circulation. This gives us the full picture before creating your plan.
-
Step 2: Personalized, Hands-On Treatment
Using gentle abdominal manual therapy, lymphatic drainage, and (if appropriate) dry needling, we address restrictions and improve blood flow to reproductive organs. These sessions may also include pelvic floor treatment, education on your cycle, and targeted lifestyle recommendations to support your fertility.
-
Step 3: Cycle & Lifestyle Optimization
We’ll help you track your menstrual cycle, understand ovulation patterns, and implement changes in diet, exercise, sleep, and supplementation that align with your fertility goals. This step ensures your body is functioning at its best for conception.
-
Step 4: Ongoing Support & Adjustment
Your fertility journey can shift from month to month. We’ll adjust your plan as needed, whether you’re moving into an IVF cycle, newly pregnant, or continuing to optimize naturally. Our goal is to support you every step of the way with compassionate care and evidence-based strategies.
